About me
I’m Stephanie. I am a teacher and life-long student in the athletic field; constantly learning, refining, and evolving. I’ve been a dedicated recreational athlete for more than two decades, from dance to running ultra marathons and exploring the world of fitness. Movement has always been a natural part of my daily life. It’s what makes me feel whole.
What I love about this work isn’t only supporting others; every client is also an opportunity to deepen my understanding of human behavior and how change actually happens.
My real learning started in 2018, at what I thought was my physical peak, unexpected metabolic issues changed everything. For a year, tests showed no answers despite seeing 10 doctors, and my energy declined to the point that I had to reduce my workload.
I eventually stopped searching for external solutions and began closely observing my own patterns through careful tracking and experimentation.
I stopped following trends and started responding to what my body showed me. Over time, I rebuilt my health, gradually expanded my diet, changed the way I trained, and returned to consistent training that was very different from how I trained in the past. My mystery illness was a blessing to un-learn and grow.
