About me

I’m Stephanie. I am a teacher and life-long student in the athletic field; constantly learning, refining, and evolving. I’ve been a dedicated recreational athlete for more than two decades, from dance to running ultra marathons and exploring the world of fitness. Movement has always been a natural part of my daily life. It’s what makes me feel whole.

What I love about this work isn’t only supporting others; every client is also an opportunity to deepen my understanding of human behavior and how change actually happens.

Around 2018, I reached a point where I had to rethink everything I thought I knew about training and nutrition. What had always “worked” no longer felt sustainable. Instead of continuing to follow trends or general fitness rules, I shifted my focus inward.

I began observing, tracking, and adjusting, paying close attention to how my body actually responded, rather than how it was supposed to respond.

Over time, I developed a way of eating and training that was built around my own needs, not external standards. I rebuilt consistency, expanded my capacity, and returned to training in a way that felt both effective and sustainable.

That experience changed how I approach everything. It reinforced that there is no universal formula, only a process of understanding, adapting, and building something that works for the individual.
