How does A.R.A.D. work?
Discovery
In this first part we will review current beliefs, daily eating patterns and life rhythms relating to all four inputs.
We’ll identify internal resistance and assessing stress response and self-talk patterns.
Alignment Conversation
The Alignment Session is where insight turns into clarity. Based on what surfaced during the Discovery Phase, I provide a structured overview of how your foundations are currently interacting. We identify where misalignment is holding you back and where small adjustments can create meaningful change.
One-on-one Personal Training
Strength Training sessions are highly individualized and built around what your body specifically needs. This is not a generic program. Each session is designed to address your structure, movement patterns, imbalances, and goals. The focus is on integrative strength training that combines strength development, balance and stability, mobility, and muscle building. The aim is not just to lift heavier, but to build a body that functions efficiently, moves with control, and adapts sustainably over time.
Weekly Reflection
The Weekly Reflection is where we will reflect on what the week revealed. We review shifts in energy, behavior, training, and nourishment, and use that insight to make adjustments. Progress is measured in awareness and regulation, not intensity.
FAQ
What is the duration of the program?
There is no single timeline that applies to everyone. The duration of our work together depends on your goals, needs, and the level of support you are seeking.
While many clients begin with a 12-week foundation, the focus is not on completing a program but on creating sustainable changes that can support you long-term. Adjustments can be made along the way as your needs evolve.
How often do we meet?
The frequency of meetings is individualized. Some people prefer more frequent guidance and accountability, while others require less support and greater independence.
Together, we will determine a schedule that best supports your progress and comfort level.
Do I have to participate in personal training?
Within ARAD, activity is understood more broadly than exercise alone. While personal training can be part of the process, activity may include walking, hiking, recreational sports, strength training, mobility work, or simply finding ways to move that fit naturally into your life.
How are meetings conducted?
Whenever possible, meetings are conducted in person, as this allows for a more personalized experience and a deeper level of conversation.
For those who prefer greater flexibility or are located farther away, meetings can also be conducted via video call.
In addition to scheduled meetings, ongoing support may be provided through email when appropriate, allowing for questions, guidance, and follow-up between sessions.
